- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪If I could give Negative Stars, I would! All I can say is they Lie, Lie, Lie, and Customer Services literally makes everything up as they go along. Basically your on your own!!!! You need to take 1/2 days from work just to be "YOUR INSURANCE CO", submitting your own claims, requesting authorizations, because they aren't doing it!!!
