- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I really don't care for some of the ladies I spoke to over the phone or at the front desk here- but the nurse, doctor, and PA that helped me were great. They answered all of my questions and were very helpful.November 12, 2017by Kari Piatt
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I called to get a price for a pregnancy test without insurance. They told me on the phone it would be charged on a sliding scale between $30-80. I made the appointment. When I got there they told me now it was going to be $126. Then once I checked out it ended up being $149. Not only is the customer service terrible (and fraudulent) but they took their sweet time with an 11 am appointment. I was there until 12:15pm and the last 15 min was just waiting to pay the bill. Then once I paid and expressed my dissatisfaction with the pricing, the woman in the billing department laughed at me for being upset with the clearly false prices Planned Parenthood staff communicated to me. I will never go here again. I do not recommend it. My bill stated that they charged me $135 just for being a "new patient." [FYI I am not a new patient, I went in for pee test, nothing more nothing less, to satisfy a documentation requirement for an insurance application.] This $135 charge is highway robbery.March 27, 2017by Grace Osmun
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Don't go here. They never have t heir s**t together and it's not with waiting in the waiting room for hours. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. And their hours are all lies too. I have been to many PPs and unfortunately this one has been very disappointing.
